At RayaTech LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering measurable results and exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and credits may be issued for our digital marketing services.

By engaging our services and making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing any service package.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new clients are protected by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your engagement, you may request a full refund of your first month's management fee. This guarantee applies to all service plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise).

To qualify for the 30-day guarantee:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your service start date.
  • You must notify us in writing at support@rayatechllc.com or by calling (970) 287-9118.
  • You must have provided all necessary account access, assets, and information requested by our team within the first 7 days.
  • The guarantee applies to management fees only, not to third-party advertising spend (Google Ads budget, Meta Ads budget, etc.).

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to our team. There are no early termination fees or penalties for cancellation.

How to cancel:

  • Send a written cancellation notice to support@rayatechllc.com
  • Include your account name, company, and desired cancellation date
  • You will receive a written confirmation within 2 business days
  • Services will continue until the end of the 30-day notice period

If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will continue to receive services through the end of that billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period has passed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-Party Ad Spend: Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other platforms. These funds are disbursed directly to the platforms and are subject to their own terms.
  • Setup Fees: One-time onboarding, account setup, or audit fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Completed Deliverables: Completed work such as website design, content creation, logo design, or other one-time deliverables that have been delivered and approved by the client.
  • Services After 30 Days: Management fees for months beyond the first 30-day guarantee period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Premium Software & Tools: Costs for third-party software, tools, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Contact Us: Email support@rayatechllc.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
  • Step 2 — Provide Details: Include your full name, company, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
  • Step 3 — Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a decision.
  • Step 4 — Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in the suspension of your account and additional collection actions.

7. Service Guarantee & Performance

While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, your industry, and how quickly necessary information and approvals are provided by your team. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated in your service agreement.

If campaign performance does not meet mutually agreed benchmarks, we will work with you to adjust strategy and, in some cases, extend service periods at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture.

8. Changes to This Policy

RayaTech LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
